Rent - Noble Nest Realty

Raghu K

I’m interstate, so don’t always have time to keep on top of things. Ravi at Noblenest Realty has been easy to deal with, keeps me in the loop, and just gets stuff done without me having to chase. Everything’s been smooth from day one. You can tell he knows his stuff and actually cares about getting it right. Makes owning an investment from interstate way less stressful — really happy with how he’s handled everything, and I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a solid property manager in WA

Amazing service from Nobel Nest Realty. Ravi was friendly, efficient, and always on top of everything. He was professional, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with him and was always respectful during inspections. It’s rare to find an agent who genuinely cares about tenants, but Ravi truly does. I’m very grateful for his support and highly recommend him.

Ravi is extremely professional, straightforward, and transparent in his approach. From the beginning, his communication was clear and honest, with no hidden surprises—something that truly sets him apart from many other agents. He was precise, responsive, and incredibly dedicated, even replying late at night while helping us secure our rental property. His knowledge of the real estate market is impressive, and he guided us through the process with confidence and clarity. Ravi is not only highly skilled but also very approachable and pleasant to deal with. It is rare to come across someone so talented and committed to providing such a high level of service. We are 100% satisfied with his service and would strongly recommend Ravi to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent a property. If you want a professional, reliable, and stress-free experience, Ravi is definitely the right person to work with. 😊

We were referred by friend to contact Ravi (Noble Nest Reality WA) for selling our house in Perth. He was very professional from day 1 and ran us through market insights, sales around and possible correction to get better offers. He made sure the entire sales process was managed smoothly without any hustle. Definitely recommend him and will come back to him in future times.

As a tenant, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience working with Noble Nest Realty. What really stood out was their responsiveness. Emails and calls were responded in a timely manner, and I was always kept informed about the next steps. It gave me real peace of mind knowing that any concerns would be addressed without delay. Their professionalism was evident at every stage from arranging viewings to handling paperwork. Thank you Ravi and team for providing a seamless, professional, and genuinely positive experience from start to finish.

I cannot recommend Ravi Vaka highly enough. After a frustrating experience with an unprofessional previous property management company, Ravi stepped in and completely turned things around. He adapted to my specific needs immediately and demonstrated incredible diligence throughout the transition. Most impressively, he secured a high-quality tenant in less than a week—a feat my previous managers couldn't achieve in far more time. His professionalism, communication, and market knowledge are top-tier. Whether you are looking for property management or someone to handle a sale or purchase, RAVI is the person you want in your corner. Truly a seamless experience!"
